Peavey Generation Triple Single Review

The "Peavey Generation" series of guitars have been underestimated by many people....... I came across this Peavey at a local guitar shop and just could not pass it up for the price.
The "Triple Single" edition is kind of a Tele / Strat style hybrid giving you both the mellowness of a Strat and the twang of a Tele.
As others have found, this Peavey can go head to head with guitars costing twice as much.
The sound & playability is just unbelievable, the vintage wound pickups gives this guitar a great tone.
The neck pickup is definitely my favorite having a mellow but punchy type of sound.
The bridge pickup sounds just as good as any Fender Tele twang I have ever heard. Not to mention the action and fast maple neck makes playing it a real enjoyment.
Sustain is a real plus for this guitar, the tone hang time is mind blowing.
I have found only one flaw, that being the input jack becomes loose to easy. I am going to eventually have to put a thin lock washer behind the outer ring nut to keep it tight.
Other than that it is keeper in my opinion.
